Celeste Jenkins-O'Reilly is a portrait and documentary photographer based in Fort Worth, TX and Syracuse, NY. She is currently studying Visual Communications, with a focus in Photojournalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
